Once I hire you, how long will it take for you to start my design?
Within 2-hours of receiving payment for your web design, we will contact you to confirm that we have received your payment and information form. At this time we will also send a link to your Live design preview where you will be able to review your design as it’s being designed.
How long will it take to complete my design?
We have a current turn around time of 14-business days for Silver package (5-page) web designs. Larger 10-page websites can take up to 21-days to complete.
How do I know that you’re working on my design?
The first thing we do once you’ve hired us for your web design is to set up a Live preview domain. Once we have your Live preview domain in place, you have the ability to check on the progress of your website design whenever it’s convenient for you. Our customers love it!
Can I make change requests?
Absolutely! What fun would having a custom web design created and not be able to make changes along the way?
As a matter of fact, we provide support up to 30-days after your web design is complete. We also offer all-inclusive online presence management packages that take the headache of managing online reputation out of the business owners hands so the SMB owner can focus on day-to-day business challenges.
How do We communicate changes with you?
One of the coolest things about hiring OPM to design your website is our exclusive web design project board. This amazing communication and project management tool increases efficiency while improving the overall quality of every web design we deliver.
Of course, if you prefer communication via email, phone or Zoom, we can do that too!
Are there any hidden costs?
Assuming you’ve already purchased your domain name and you have website hosting, no. However, if you do not have a domain purchased, you’ll need one of those. We provide domain research and purchasing services for $75 per domain name.
If you do not have a hosting company for your website, you’ll also need one of those. We work with a local hosting company to provide hosting services for our clients. The hosting company charges $240 for 1-year of website hosting.
